Bestway group, a privately held group that was formed in May 2008 in the merger of Russobit-M and Game Factory Interactive, has acquired Russian publisher/developer Play Ten Interactive. Game Factory Interactive will take over Play Ten's titles (White Gold: War in paradise, Battle of Atlantis, Precursors, The Wall) which in part will henceforth target online games licensing.

Play Ten unveiled the four titles that it will have on display at the Leipzig Games Convention. Apart from Precursors and White Gold for 360 and PC, it will be also showing, for the first time, playable console demos of Battle for Atlantis and The Wall.

Play Ten Interactive announced today that it will be showcasing several new products at the upcoming E3 show in Los Angeles including The Precursors, Battle for Atlantis, The Wall and the previously unannounced White Gold: War in Paradise. Read more for details on each title.
