GarageGames today announced that Zap! a team-based internet arcade action multiplayer game is now available by direct download the GarageGames website. Zap! is a fast-paced 2D vector graphics multiplayer team based action strategy game with the accessible controls of classic arcade games blended with cutting-edge multiplayer technology and gameplay.

Noticed on GoneGold that the PC version of Infogrames Zapper (developed by Blitz Games) has gone gold and should be shipping to stores soon. Zapper is a funny arcade/action game that "starts with the “avoid-em-up” game play mechanics of Blitz Games’ own Frogger 2: Swampy’s Revenge, and then takes the action to a whole new level."
