can't "cook" the content until the official tools are ready, Epic Games' VP Mark Rein
gave an update, "We're very close to releasing an update to the Unreal Engine 3 editor, that comes with the PC version of UT3, that will allow UT3 mod-makers to cook their mods into the required PS3 format."

Epic decided to pitch in themselves and pre-cook four new user-created maps, and a mutator. Download the files, transfer them from PC to PS3 by a supported removable media type (memory card, USB drive, etc.) and then select it from the Community/My Content/Import Mod game menu.

After Red mile grabbed the license to
Frank Miller's Sin City graphic novels and comic books, then

One of the most anticipated UT3 features was the possibility of allowing PS3 gamers to import new community content/mods on their consoles. Now that the game has shipped, it seems that the feature is not quite ready for prime time.
Epic programmer Josh Adams revealed that the PS3 mod tools are on hold due to legal/release issues. Once finished, it requires the latest PC patch and a PS3 Mod Tools patch that adds PS3 mod support to the PC version. Once "cooked," you will need to transfer them from PC to PS3 by a supported removable media type (memory card, USB drive, etc.).

Having repeatedly said that the Wii would not be able to handle the Unreal Engine 3,
Epic VP Mark Rein revealed that one of its licensees, which he declined to identify, is currently porting the engine to Nintendo's console, similar to what Ubisoft did with the Unreal Engine 2 for its slasher, Red Steel. And we all know how well that turned out ....
