What's the deal with companies all of a sudden adding a "you can't sue us" clause in their user agreements? Doesn't really sound right to me. You make something, so you're responsible for it. If it craps out on your watch, well, you should have made it functional in the first place. Yesterday we watched the U.S. Open women's finale and witnessed Serena Williams lose not only the match but her temper. She took out her subpar tennis out on the umpire by arguing a call, which ended up getting her a penalty and costing her the first set. While Samantha Stosur played good, solid tennis, Serena lost it on her own. My advice to Ms. Williams: less attitude, more tennis.

Now if only Kim Clijsters had been there!
