delaying the game until 2006. As it turns out, the game won't be coming at all and has been cancelled. Fear & Respect was an innovative action/adventure game based in the intense, urban environment of South Central L.A. with collaboration between Snoop Dogg and Boyz'n the Hood director John Singleton.

Monolith confirmed that it is actively working on sequels for its creepy FPS F.E.A.R. The sequels are planned for PC and next gen consoles, but there is one little catch. They won't be called F.E.A.R. Monolith is currently developing the titles on its own, while Vivendi has the naming rights of the franchise. No details were revealed, but the new titles will continue the story where the original F.E.A.R. left off. The enraged little girl, Alma, has escaped and has been unleashed on the world. In a yet to be published interview with C&CG, Valve's designer/engineer Robin Walker reveals that it is already working on the second installment of its episodic series of Half-Life 2 expansions. This would also mean that Episode One is nearing completion, of which Walker also revealed it contains about 4-5 hours of gameplay. HL 2: Episode 1, previously known as HL 2: Aftermath is expected to be available through Steam on April 24th priced $19.99, with EA publishing a retail version shortly thereafter.
