announced several weeks ago Ubisoft & Cyan Worlds have now released the first free expansion pack for Uru: Ages Beyond Myst, the next chapter of the Myst franchise and the most immersive and ambitious Myst experience ever created. The first expansion pack for Uru: Ages Beyond Myst is titled "To D'ni" and consists of content that was largely to be released in the form of Uru Live service that was shelved in February 2004. Thanks to Baskins for notifying us that there is a new but unofficial patch for Saber Interactive's FPS Will Rock. This upgrade is only meant for Will Rock versions that came bundled with Gigabyte ATI video cards and brings your game to v1.2. the initial v1.2 retail patch did not work with the Gigabyte OEM game but now fixes multiplayer compatibility with the original game, as well as several other changes.

Purge Jihad 2.0.3. Purge Jihad 2.0.3 fixes several map exploits. Other changes include improvements in skills, UI, prayers, weapons, and player requested gameplay changes. Using ESD (Electronic Software Distribution), Purge Jihad is offered in both a free (unregistered) and paid (registered) mode. The free, unregistered trial includes the full game without any time limits but is simply limited to 4 classes. Registered players will have access to all 8 classes.

Blizzard has released yet another new Warcraft III map, this time called "Shamrock Reef"... Map info: "There's lush greenery in every direction, but nary a spare coin to be found. Still, with a wee bit o' luck, you and your neighbor can earn a bounty by slaying any beasties nearby." This is a Medium map and the suggested no. of players is 2v2, 4v4 or FFA. It is based on the "Ashenvale" tileset.

After it was released & yanked a few weeks ago, Sierra has re-released the v1.1 update patch for Lords Of The Realm 3 addressing a couple of game crashes, applies a few multiplayer lobby enhancements, and fixes over a dozen gameplay bugs. They have also released the Castle Editor for Impressions Games' 3D RTS Lords of the Realm III which can be used to make custom castle for use with the game.
