EA today announced that the signature sound of alternative rock band Depeche Mode has been translated to The Sims native Simlish language for the first time ever. 'Suffer Well,' a popular track from Depeche Mode's critically acclaimed album 'Playing the Angel,' has been recorded in Simlish and will be made available to fans of music and PC games through The Sims 2 Open for Business.

While The Sims 2 Open for Business is scheduled to ship Feb. 28th, it seems that certain European countries are selling the second expansion pack ahead of its official date. Inside there is a flyer already revealing another possible expansion, The Sims 2: Family Fun Stuff, which is "coming April 2006" and will add a new collection of furnishing, clothing, decor and accessories to your Sims' lives (thanks
SimTimes).
Apparently this, and Glamour Shopping, are booster packs, similar to the Battlefield 2 material.

EA has released the first patch for the Sims 2 Nightlife expansion pack. This update brings your retail game to v1.2.0.355 and addresses a slew of game tweaks, game crashes, bug fixes, and also includes all the fixes from the Nightlife patch. This patch works for all language versions.
