S2 Games and iGames Publishing today announced an official release date of August 25, 2003 for the highly anticipated PC game Savage: The Battle for Newerth. The game received unanimous praise from attendees at the 2003 Electronic Entertainment Expo for its innovative gameplay and seamless melding of first-person action with real-time-strategy. Savage is currently in the second phase of beta testing and is expected to move to an open beta towards the end of July.

Hollywood Records and Simon & Schuster Interactive announced today the Companies have teamed to produce the first music video for the rock band Diffuser. The video for "Get It On" stars Xbox videogame characters 'Summer' and 'Ice Trey' who are known for their antics in "Outlaw Golf" and "Outlaw Volleyball."
