KOEI today announced that it will publish "Samurai Warriors Xtreme Legends" in North America this November, exclusively for the PS2. The expansion pack can also be played without the original "Samurai Warriors" disc.

Digital Extremes, in conjunction with Hip Interactive Europe, revealed more details on the multiplayer features planned for their new FPS, Pariah, which will be published and distributed in 2005.

CDV Software Entertainment AG announced today the planned fourth quarter release of the second official title in the successful Blitzkrieg series, "Rolling Thunder."

"Dynasty Warriors 4: Empires" introduces a new stage and strategy system to the series' frenetic battlefield action. In the new system, players begin the game with a map of Ancient China, divided into 24 different regions. Players start with one region, and then choose another region to invade. Next, officers will recommend a battle strategy, and then combat begins. Victory goes to the first warrior who unifies all 24 regions under a single kingdom.

GMX Media today announcing that they will be publishing the helicopter battle simulator, Fair Strike for PC. The game is to be launched across the UK on August 27th 2004.

A nice Sunday surprise has popped up, as apparently id Software's Todd Hollenshead has revealed on Pulse (the G4Tech TV show) that a new Wolfenstein title is in the works by an "outside" studio. Take it with a grain of salt, but apparently people confirmed that they saw the interview, and you can download a sound recording of the aforementioned statement. It's interesting to note that id Software's CEO says that internally, they will be working on an all-new IP title, but it is safe to assume that whoever makes the new Wolfenstein title will most likely be using id's DOOM 3 engine.

Last year's 'Hunting Unlimited 2' was somewhat of a pleasant surprise when it hit the market, and it seems developer SCS Software is determined to bring more of the same, yet better.
