Revealed a few weeks ago, NCsoft and ArenaNet officially announced Guild Wars 2, drawing from the original game's mechanics and adding a fully persistent world. Like its predecessors, Guild Wars 2 will not have a subscription fee. In addition, ArenaNet is working on the first true expansion for the Guild Wars franchise, Guild Wars: Eye of the North.

While many expected a PS3 version, Sony Europe announced Wipeout Pulse, developed by Studio Liverpool, is coming to the PSP. Seven new game modes, 24 new tracks, plenty of futuristic ships, devastating weaponry, 8 teams, and a new Training section. WipEout Pulse will also support Ad Hoc and Infrastructure multiplayer modes, and have downloadable content, offering even more tracks & ships past its September launch.
