Bandits: Phoenix Rising - Demo Available NOW

As mentioned yesterday, the playable demo for BANDITS: Phoenix Rising is now available for download via FilePlanet as well as on 3DGamers. This demo of their already gone gold game of vehicular combat features one single player mission, two multiplayer maps, three vehicles, 13 weapons, and four music tracks. After playing make sure to drop by BANDITS forums and have your say. When there, make sure to team up with others and have a go at the online deathmatch mayhem.

A microchip project between Sony, Toshiba and IBM, which aims to create a powerful processor for home electronics, could be a clue to Sony's plans for gaming in the future.. "It's possible PlayStation 3 would come out in 2005, since that's when Sony's cell project will yield something," said Kazuharu Miura, an analyst at Daiwa Institute of Research Ltd. More about it..

US Chess Champion Larry Christiansen vs. 'Chessmaster 9000'
