'Falcon 4.0: Allied Force' - v1.0.4 Patch Available NOW

Based on the legendary Falcon 4.0 F-16 combat flightsimulator, Allied Force features extensive improvements in all areas including artificial intelligence, graphics, multiplayer, terrain and of course the stunning real time, fully dynamic campaign engine. This patch brings your retail game to v1.0.4 and adds new functionality as well as fixing issues, such as stunning new exhaust effects for missiles and a significant improvement to the Airborne Forward Air Controller (FAC-A) feature.

Activision Replies To 'Call of Duty 2' Community Boycott

A couple weeks back members of the official Infinity War forum threatened with a 24 hour server boycott, taking down their multiplayer servers, due to the lack of support and communication from Activision and IW, especially anti-cheat/punkbuster integration, etc. Activision finally replied : "After 2 years of non-stop work on Call of Duty 2, Infinity Ward has just returned from a much-deserved break. The team is aware of some concerns about multiplayer cheating in the game and is looking into an anti-cheat solution." Not a lot to go on, and it only addresses one of the grievances ..

Fan Made 'King's Quest IX' Project Saved

Late September Phoenix Online Studios received a cease and desist order from Vivendi virtually killing the KQ IX project. After a few months of negotiations and an online petition to save the project, Vivendi has granted a fan license allowing to continue work, although the agreement demaned them to change the name from KQ IX: Every Cloak Has A Silver Lining will now be called The Silver Lining.

Capcom announced that it is bringing one of its most popular PSOne RPG series to the PSP. Breath of Fire III will not break any new boundaries as graphically it is nothing special, as are most RPG's anyhow, apart from the PSP's 16:9 display. On the other hand you will be able to play the minigames in multiplayer through the PSP's game sharing function.

Amazon Cancels 'Xbox 360 Ultimate Bundle' Orders
