UbiSoft has just informed us that their eagerly expected cel-shaded first person shooter, XIII, has been delayed until Q3 2003. This delay is for ALL platforms and is to ensure that the title gets the appropriate attention and ensure that it has the highest quality UbiSoft strives for.
