'Battlefield 1942 : Road To Rome' Goes Gold!

EA is pleased to announce that the Battlefield 1942: The Road to Rome expansion pack has GONE GOLD and will begin to ship on Tuesday, February 4 in North America. The multi-player focused expansion pack will give players more of what they have grown accustomed to with the original Battlefield 1942, including more maps, more vehicles, and more fighting forces.

Yesterday Warner Bros. Consumer Products announced an exclusive co-publishing agreement with Electronic Arts to produce, market and distribute Looney Tunes: Back In Action, a video game to be released on multiple platforms day and date with the upcoming live action feature film starring the Looney Tunes characters. The partnership marks the first time Warner Bros. Consumer Products has partnered to co-publish a video game title. Following in the tradition of previous Blizzard expansion sets, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne provides gamers with a vast new chapter in the epic Warcraft saga. In the single-player campaign, players revisit the war-torn world of Azeroth. BF 1942 supports up to 64 players and give them the ability to fully experience World War II combat. Playing as several infantry classes, gamers will also be able to control many weapons available to the Axis and Allies as well as command numerous land vehicles, ships and aircraft. Everyone on the Battlefield team at DICE and EA has been working late nights on another surprise for the community. GarageGames announced the demo version of Chain Reaction today, developed by Monster Studios. The demo features eight playable puzzles and access to 13 of the fully interactive parts.
