SW Galactic Battlegrounds Expansion

The great conflicts of the Star Wars universe become larger and more dynamic this spring with Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns, a collection of new scenarios enhancements for last year's acclaimed RTS (real-time strategy) game from LucasArts Entertainment Company LLC. Expected to release in May on the PC, Clone Campaigns is inspired by the large-scale battles in Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, as well as the classic and expanded Star Wars universe.

VE: Is any part of the game scaled down for multiplayer, or is it essentially the same as the single player game?

Nothing is scaled down in the multiplayer game. It has different maps, but all the units, tech tree etc are the same as the single player game. As in the single player game, everyone starts of as the same neutral race, and depending on how they progress through the tech tree they end up Pagan, Imperial or Renaissance...
