Pride FC pits the top fighters in the world from several different combative sports including wrestling, karate, judo, kick-boxing, and others into one ring under the same rules. The philosophy of Pride, known as ValeTudo, is the acceptance of any technique of any school of combat. Pride is the survival of the strongest. 'VIETCONG' Weapons Unveiled

The official site for Vietcong is updated with new information and some weapon screens.. Read how Pterodon recreated each weapon from the Vietnam war, and their account of the work carried out incorporating each gun into the game. They've included some interesting facts about US and VC weapons as well as a number of military items taken from the game.

'EverQuest' Continues Exponential Growth

Sony Online Entertainment Inc. (SOE), a worldwide leader in massively multiplayer online gaming, announced today that it has seen significant growth in the number of simultaneous user base and recently set a new record of 118,000 simultaneous players, almost four years after the game was launched. In addition, the company is opening a brand new EverQuest server, Maelin Starpyre, and for the first time ever, will offer full character transfers from existing servers including all equipment, acquired items and experience. Transfers are subject to certain restrictions.

'New World Order' - New Demo Expected

Project 3 just let us know that there will be a New World Order official demo for the U.S. release, and it will be available within a couple of days. The demo will feature the Druglord Villa level which was in the E.U. release plus a completely new map called Restaurant. Both maps will be in the U.S. release, while E.U. players will have the opportunity to add the map to their full game by a separate download. The demo will have both singleplayer and multiplayer modes included. And of course we will have it available right here for download. In the meantime check out the revamped Project3 website.

'Neverwinter Nights' - Update Patch Available NOW

Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. announced today that five additional major recording artists have agreed to provide music and video content for the upcoming rhythm-action game, Amplitude, exclusively for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system. Adding to the mass-appealing music roster of Amplitude, newly signed acts include Herbie Hancock, Papa Roach, Baldwin Brothers, Production Club, and Manchild. These artists will join other major recording artists on the Amplitude roster that include blink 182, David Bowie, Dieselboy, Freezepop, Garbage, Logan 7, Mekon, Quarashi, and Weezer.
