It has been quiet surrounding E3 for a few months, but as its kick-off date (July 11-13) is creeping nearer, the ESA has revealed the list of exhibitors that will be putting on a show at the slimmed-down E3 Media & Business Summit 2007. A total of 33 companies will be present (compared to 400 last year), representing all the big players (EA, Sony, Nintendo, Ubisoft, Vivendi), and a few European/indie developers and publishers (1C, id).

European PSP Drops in Price

After months of denial, SCEA finally dropped the retail price of the PSP last month, and now it seems Sony Europe is following suit. To "celebrate the PS3 launch," the PSP will now be sold at £129.99 (£149.99 before) in the UK, and 169 Euros in the rest of Europe, effective May 4. Five new Platinum titles debut at £14.99: Ridge Racer 2, Tekken: Dark Resurrection, Killzone: Liberation, LocoRoco, and MotoGP.

Human Head Studios is on Fire

Local TV channel 3000 reported that a historic railroad roundhouse in Madison, Wisconsin, caught fire last week in the middle of the night. The building housed various companies, including Prey developer, Human Head Studios. According to reports, the back of the building went up in flames; the cause is still under investigation, but the servers were apparently saved.
