C&VG asked for verification and apparently the comment was taken out of context, as the question asked (whether GPG had learned lessons from previous installments) was hypothetical, that IF a Dungeon Siege 3 was to be made, GPG would shy away from the multi-character parties and instead focus on a single hero.

The leaked info shows awards for things like total death, general PvP and exploration, although it is not yet clear what the achievement points will get you. Activision announced that it has filed the definitive proxy statement relating to the proposed combination of Activision with Vivendi with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and has begun mailing it to its stockholders.
