We just came back from a Kalypso press event, where we saw/played
Tropico 4,
Dungeons: The Dark Lord,
Jagged Alliance: Back in Action, and
Air Conflicts: Secret Wars. We'll have some coverage on those later on, so keep an eye out.
Tonight we're heading out again as we got a nice crispy invite to watch Final Destination 5. Hopefully it'll be the 3D version, with splatter and gore right in your face!
It seems THQ is in some hot water, putting Red Faction and MX vs. ATV on ice and closing studios left and right, while heavily banking on titles like Space Marine and Saints Row. I rather enjoyed the latest Red Faction game, so I'm not sure why it didn't sell as well, but I'm not entirely convinced that those two latter titles will save the day.
