confirmed that he has been removed from the game, even though he's been part of the lineup since 2007. Speculation is that the legal battle between Ozzy and Dio, who is is being replaced by Rocky Horror Show actor Tim Curry, over the Black Sabbath name is the cause of the sudden change.
