That a new installment in the series is in the works has been hinted at a few times, with EGM guesstimating that it may move from its WWII era setting into modern day Afghanistan. Giving further credence to that speculation is a CV from former EA dev Micah Lapping-Carr, now working at Microsoft on Natal, who claims he worked on a "a Medal of Honor modern combat title" in 2008 (thanks SA). No official announcements have been made by EA yet, but if a new title was worked on last year already, maybe we'll get word of it soon.
