Hitman's story centers around an international assassin known only as Agent 47 who works for a mysterious organization dubbed the Agency. While critically panned, the original movie (starring Timothy Olyphant) grossed around $100 million so a sequel is being worked on, and
according to the IESB, producers Adrian Askarieh, Daniel Alter and Chuck Gordon will return, while the script is written by Kyle Ward, who also wrote the Kane and Lynch script for Universal. A new Hitman game is expected late 2010.
