SEGA's 7th Dragon is a new fantasy RPG by the creators of Etrian Odyssey. The world of Eden is ruled by seven dragons and their massive armies of dragon minions, who grow a special flower which sucks the life out of the land, bringing mankind to the bink of extinction. The only hope for survival is to hunt down and defeat the dragons.

Capcom is working on bringing the original Gamecube (based on the 1996 PSOne game) title in the Resident Evil series to the Wii. Currently only scheduled for a December release in Japan, the port will add no new content or features, apart from making it compatible with the Wiimote controls.

After having split with Gothic III developer Piranha Bytes for quality reasons, JoWood issued an apology to its fans for the lack of quality (bug ridden) in the Trine Studios developed addon, promising to do better with Gothic IV.

Dissidia: Final Fantasy is an all-new title in the FF franchise, although it's not part of the compilation of Final Fantasy VIII or the Ivalice Alliance. Not a standard RPG, it's labeled a dramatic progressive action title, and Tetsuya Nomura, known for Kingdom Hearts, has signed on to be the game's character designer.
