On December 22nd a group of creditors obtained a Winding-Up order from the High Court in the United Kingdom against the publisher Digital Jesters. In addition the creditors intend to demonstrate the Shadow Directorship of Mr. Rakesh Gandhi and administrators will shortly be appointed to investigate the transactions of Digital Jesters, their investors and associated ventures such as 'Myriad Interactive' of Mr. Marco Landi, with the aim of recovering outstanding debts.
