North Country Gazette is reporting that Jack Thompson has filed a harassment suit with the U.S. District Court of Southeastern Florida against the Florida Bar, of which he is a member. Said suit claims that the Bar is harassing Mr. Thompson for over a year and a half by investigating baseless complaints filed against him by disgruntled adversaries, in particular lawyers representing Take2/Rock* and Howard Stern. Mr. Thompson feels his constitutional rights have been violated and is seeking one million dollars for damages.

The newest GameInformer issue has the first details on the next title in the X-Men Legends franchise. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, developed by Raven Software and story was written by C.B. Cebulski, will allow you to play not only as X-Men but more than 20 characters from the entire Marvel universe such as Spider-Man, Wolverine, Captain America, Thor, Dr. Strange, Ghost Rider, Silver Surfer and Elektra. The game will appear on current- and next-gen consoles and use the latest features, such as self-shadowing.
