At its annual BBQ Konami confirmed that its action rpg Ys: The Ark of Napishtim PSP port has been delayed and is being pushed back from its original November 2005 date to spring 2006. In his greatest adventure to date, Adol explores a series of islands hidden in the great vortex of Canaan where he battles with three magical swords imbued with elemental powers to gain special abilities, powerful combos, and deadly attacks. The reason for the delay was to give the development team more time to make the best possible game and not just a straight PS2 port.
