Buena Vista Interactive, a publishing label of Buena Vista Games, Inc., today announced that mod tools for TRON 2.0 are now available for download. These powerful tools will allow gamers to create new TRON 2.0 levels, maps, skins, weapons and voice packs for the critically acclaimed first-person action adventure game that received Editor's Choice Awards from the industry's leading PC game publications. In addition, players will be able to exchange their mods on the TRON 2.0 Web site beginning in November.

Gotham Games a publishing label of Take-Two announced today that Conflict: Desert Storm II - Back to Baghdad for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox video game system from Microsoft, and PC has shipped to retail outlets in North America. The game follows up on the successful title Conflict: Desert Storm, which sold over 750,000 units in North America since its launch in September 2002. Conflict: Desert Storm II captures all of the intense, third-person squad-based action of the original and builds on it as players command U.S. Delta Forces or British SAS over the sands of Iraq to crush what remains of Saddam's evil regime.

AGON is a true adventure game that comes in fourteen downloadable episodes over a period of two years starts in the British Museum, London. The first episode was released on 3 September, and can be downloaded from the official Agon website. Microsoft has issued a new patch for their recently released shooter Halo: Combat Evolved. This upgrade brings your retail copy to v1.02 and adds support for multiple instances to the Bungie dedicated server, enabling Bungie & the community to roll out many more servers for gamers. Also introduced are client support for RCon (Remote Console), allowing dedicated server operators to have control over their servers running in data centers. CDV Software Entertainment announces that "Combat Mission 2: Barbarossa to Berlin" Special Edition for the PC is available in retail stores.

Ubisoft has teamed up with Peter Gabriel to add a distinctive sound to its Myst franchise of games. Gabriel will provide the song, "Burn You Up, Burn You Down" for the November release of Uru: Ages Beyond Myst and the world-renowned artist will also provide an original composition for the next game in the series. Myst is one of the most widely recognized game brands in history, with more than 12 million copies sold worldwide.

BAM! Entertainment announced today that it has commenced shipping of Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo for PS2, Xbox and GameCube to follow next week. Created by Aardman, the popular clay characters Wallace & Gromit have starred in several half-hour films that have won more than 45 international awards including two Oscars. Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo was developed by U.K.-based Frontier Developments, who have added a superb visual dimension to compliment Aardman's much loved duo.
