Cel Damage uses cel animation technology that allows the game to look and feel like a unique hand-painted cartoon universe. The constant wacky action takes place in 12 interactive levels spread over four themed worlds of a universe controlled by `toons, ranging in style from Fowl Mouth, an old black and white cartoon duck from the `30s, to an anime-style manga girl named Violet and a rude, crude, gross-out `toon named Sinder.
It was late into the night, but the staff at the new offices in Via Rosso just about managed to meet their deadlines. Recruited from all walks of the Neocron fraternity, countless hours have been spent on preparing, writing, and designing. So here we have it, written by the people, read by the people, aimed at EVERYONE... the inaugural NEOCRONICLE!
