At its E3 press conference, Tecmo announced that it has entered into a deal whereby DreamWorks will produce a film based on Tecmo's popular survival-horror game "Fatal Frame." The agreement, which is still being finalized, gives DreamWorks the exclusive option to the live-action production rights for Tecmo's "Fatal Frame." In March of 2002, Tecmo shipped "Fatal Frame" for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system to critical acclaim and rave customer reviews.

The creators of the hit computer game franchise, Unreal, today announce a partnership with the first toy company to focus on action figures from computer games. Konami of America Inc. today announced that Silent Hill 3 will be available on PlayStation2 computer entertainment system in 2003. Silent Hill 3 promises to take the survival/horror genre to new heights with the series’ trademark stunning graphics, masterful use of sound, and mature, sophisticated storylines.

Tiscali have posted a new Rainbow Six: Raven Shield E3 trailer, which contains three minutes of in-game footage from this Unreal-powered tactical shooter from UbiSoft. This 12 MB DivX version is available for download here. They also posted the E3 video from Rise of Nations, upcoming real-time strategy from Microsoft and Big Huge Games. Its 4.5MB big, contains 1 minute of gameplay scenes and it's available in WMV here!
