Ubi Soft Entertainment has filed a claim against Cidiverte JOAG Italy Spa at civil courts in Gallarate, Varese (Italy) for the producing and selling of unauthorized copies of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Rogue Spear on PC in Italy in 2001. Cidiverte JOAG Italy Spa is a fully owned subsidiary of Take Two Inc.

Activision, Inc. is taking gamers on a mysterious journey to confront a malevolent force that threatens the future of the world in Lost Kingdoms, the first real-time action RPG for the GameCube.
