Activision dropped us a note to inform everybody that they have signed an agreement with Even Balance to incorporate their Punkbuster in Call OF Duty. "We know concerns about cheating are a big issue in the fan community right now, so we wanted to pass along the following update: Infinity Ward has signed a deal with Even Balance to include PunkBuster for Call of Duty. The official Raven-Shield website has word that we can expect a new Raveshield v1.52 update patch for Ubisoft team based tacitcal shooter next week Tuesday Jan 27th. The main focus of this patch is to fix the wall-peek glitch introduced in 1.5 & 1.51. However, some other optimizations and tweaks were also aimed at fixing some other gameplay issues, notably frag and ladder lock. Of course we will have it available on our fileservers ....
