Techland has released a new MP patch for their sci-fi shooter Chrome. This upgrade brings your retail game to v1.2.0.0 and adds a few new maps, HUD changes, switchable positions in vehicles and a few other tweaks. Strategy First wants to express the fact this patch is NOT for North American versions of the game, that patch will come later. Techland has also released a new MP demo with 5 maps (3 new maps), which is also compatible with the retail version of the game. Read more for details & download links ...

Leading video games developer and publisher Namco Hometek Inc. announced today that its unique first person fighting/shooter game, Breakdown, has gone gold. Exclusively for the Xbox, Breakdown is scheduled to reveal its mysterious plot and sneak onto store shelves on March 16, 2004.

ASCARON Entertainment has announced that the German edition of their RPG game Sacred has reached Gold Master status and that it will be available in stores (in Germany only we assume) February 27th. Encore is the North American distributor for Sacred, and it is expected to go gold soon in the next few weeks as well.
