Back in April GreenScreen Interactive acquired Destination Software and ZOO Digital Publishing, only to be acquired by Mandalay Media, which had recently merged with Twistbox Entertainment and was looking to acquire various types of companies in digital distribution, interactive entertainment, and online digital media and publishing. Well as it turns out the two companies did not come to a final merger agreement, and the acquisition has been terminated.

While MTV and Harmonix are releasing The Offspring's new Hammerhead single this week (currently on XBL, tomorrow on PSN) the band itself revealed that more famous/classic tracks are expected, namely Come Out and Play (Keep 'Em Separated), Self Esteem, Gone Away, All I Want, Pretty Fly (For a White Guy), and The Kids Aren't Alright, although no release schedule was revealed.

EA CEO John Riccitiello has not only spilled beans on The Godfather II at the William Blair & Company's 28th Annual Growth Stock Conference but also revealed that Need For Speed: Undercover is coming later this year. The goal of Farmlands is straight forward; increase your net worth to meet the goal of the map or have the largest net worth when time runs out.
