Beniot Sokal's White Birds Productions studio is working on Sinking Island, a dark detective adventure story, set on a tropical paradise, at a millionaire's hotel a crime is commited, and while the island seems to be sinking for unknown reasons, you, as detective Jack Norm, have to find out who did it. The NDS version will retain the storyline, characters, and gameplay of the PC version, but adapt the controls and presentation to the unique features of the DS (thanks AG).

According to
News.com, Intel is facing a lawsuit filed by once upon a time chip maker Transmeta, claiming Intel is using patented technology in its Pentium, and most recent Core 2 Duo processors. Transmeta had a new line of Crusoe CPUs in 2000 that used specific power efficiency methods, and although the chips never sold well, Intel seems to have been more than inspired by the technology. Transmeta confirmed AMD licenses some of its technology, and it currently has no plans for other lawsuits.
