The latest issue of PSM reveals EA Vancouver is currently developing a brand new skateboarding title, Skate, tentatively scheduled for release 2007. While details are slim, Skate is pitched as capturing the true spirit and soul of the sport, to be a physics heavy game, using both the PS3's analog sticks, use a skate video type camera to immerse you into the game, the ability to record your moves and watch replays in every possible angle, customizable characters, and last but not least, 14 real skating pros have signed on.

In a recent financial statement JoWooD Productions' CEO Albert Seidl revealed that an expansion pack for the just gone gold RPG Gothic III is already being worked on, "We are already looking forward to the company’s results of the third and fourth quarter of 2006. The strongest titles of this year will be released within the next few weeks. The pre-order of Gothic 3 has begun, and we expect a very promising launch of this product. We are already working on add-on packages of JoWooD’s SpellForce- and Gothic 3 series." (
