The NASCAR Racing 2003 Season Track Pack contains three fictional tracks: Eight Bowl Superspeedway, Hillside International Speedway and Papyrus Motorsports Park. Available now on 08700 46 55 20 (calls charged at national rates), the line has been designed explicitly to offer comfort and reassurance to terrified gamers. Players simply ring up and listen to the two-minute recorded message scripted by a top psychologist. Once the call is completed, they should feel much more calm.

We just received notice from Vivendi Universal Games that Nascar Racing 2003 Season has gone gold and is scheduled to ship to stores nationwide on February 4th with a SRP of $49.99 USD. Developed by Papyrus Racing Games, NASCAR Racing 2003 Season "showcases new dynamic 3D graphics including a populated pit row, team war wagons, pit signs, aerial objects such as planes, helicopters, blimps, and more". A new demo is expected in a matter of days (to replace the leaked press build earlier this week).

PaGTech, a new independent game development studio, today announced its first title: Scarlet Waves. Scarlet Waves will be a turn-based strategy game in which players will create and customize their pirate fleet to fight against the computer or other players. The game will be released this summer and will be distributed online. "Scarlet Waves will bring some fresh air in the turn-based strategy genre.
