An interview on Russian site Dirty.ru with a certain PROF from GSC World revealed that a demo for THQ's upcoming FPS S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow Of Chernobyl is planned to be released a month before the shipping of the game (thanks GenGamers). Atari shipped 'Godzilla: Save the Earth' for the PS2 to stores, while the Xbox version will be available November 22. Based on the classic character movie license from Toho Co., Ltd., 'Godzilla: Save the Earth' faithfully recreates the look and feel of the gargantuan film legend and takes the fighting element to the next level with online multiplayer fighting, new technology and gameplay improvements in all major areas.

A "beta demo" has been made available for Earth Force, an upcoming PC shooter, showing off a bit of the graphics engine in movement, as well as improvements since the alpha version. The demo allows you to play through part of the first level.

THQ has released its financial figures for its fiscal second quarter 2005 although sales were a little less than same period last year, they came in better than expected mainly due to strong sales from titles like Dawn Of War, Full Spectrium Warrior and WWE Day of Reckoning. Most interesting though is the announcement of Full Spectrum Warrior coming to PS2 (expected March 2005) and slight delay of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl from Q1 2005 to May 2005, and Pandemic's Destroy All Humans from Q1 2005 to April 2005. THQ also opened a new development studio in San Diego by the name of Concrete Games.

BAM! Entertainment and developer Rebellion announced today that the legendary Judge Dredd comic book character is coming to life in Judge Dredd: Dredd Vs. Death. Gearbox President Randy Pitchfork always claimed there would be multiple games in the Brothers In Arms franchise, it is still a surprise that a sequel is already in the works months before the original is released. At a European press event C&VG learned from Gearbox's military adviser Colonel John Antal that part of the Euro press tour was also being used as research for BIA 2. "We're working on the sequel," Colonel John Antal said and also added "We're going to follow Sgt. Matt Baker through World War II, I think people are going to want to hear his story." Operation Market Garden or Battle of The Bulge are being considered for the the sequel.
