ParaWorld is real-time strategy game set in a parallel world between a prehistoric world, where warring tribes and dinosaurs rule, and our world in the 19th century. Using an unprecedented unit management user interface called the “Army Controller,” players play a campaign, where they get to know and play three different tribes (Norsemen, Dustriders and Dragon Clan). I was sold on ParaWorld almost from the word "go." A real-time strategy game from the German developer Sunflowers, it features, among other things, the ability to field an army of heavily-armored dinosaurs, several of which have siege engines or companies of archers strapped to their backs.

The official Paraworld website has word that Sunflowers/SEK's RTS game Paraworld has been pushed back from its original Q4 2005 release date to Q1 2006. The reason for the delay was that after adding the uber-units, the so-called titans, the game needs additional balancing time, and also additional time to implement the physics engine.
