All other screenshots to date don't show the brilliant new interface and Cossacks buffs will immediately recognize the changes. CDV Software Entertainment today announced that the historical real-time strategy game "Cossacks: Back to war" is now available in stores. "Cossacks: Back to War" includes all of the strategic power and pageantry of the original real-time strategy bestseller "Cossacks: European Wars" as well as the first expansion pack "Cossacks: The Art of War," and adds two new playable nations - Switzerland and Hungary.

To celebrate this Friday's UK launch of Cossacks: Back to War, CDV Software Entertainment has a free gift for all Cossacks players – a brand new campaign entitled 'Enemy of the Crown'. The campaign – which has previously only been accessible as part of individual media promotions – is now available to all Cossacks fans free of charge. Cossacks: Back to War does not only feature two new nations (Hungary/Switzerland), but it also includes the new ACS functionality. ACS stand for 'Automatic Championship System' and offers the possibility for the best Cossacks players of the world to compete against each other in an online championship. In addition to the ACS feature, Cossacks: Back to War also offers the so called 'VIZOR-System'. The VIZOR-System extends the Cossacks shell and provides the player with live combat. It`s like watching football on TV, except for one difference: you are able to either watch a Cossacks battle during the gameplay, or after it ended. There will also be an archive where you will be able to review the most spectacular battles.

CDV today announced "Cossacks: Art of War," the highly anticipated expansion pack to the popular hit "Cossacks: European Wars," is now available in retail stores. An expansion pack for the PC, "Cossacks: Art of War" extends the story of the historical real-time strategy title. With more than 30 missions and an impressive array of new elements, the expansion pack enhances gameplay for devoted Cossacks fans as well as first time gamers.

UK Games Service Multi Player Zone proudly team up with CDV Software Entertainment to deliver the first official Cossacks 1v1 prize ladder. Using Multi Player Zone's team and competition service ClanArena, Cossacks players from around the globe will shortly be able to battle it out to decide who the ultimate commander really is.
