Tecmo will be announcing a new game at GDC on Mar. 24, 2009, and wanted to make sure they got our attention by promising it will be "The greatest '_____' game, ever!" While the invitation did not reveal many details, the venue where the event will be held (the PlayStation store) indicates that it is at the very least a PS3/PSP title, whether multiplatform or not. Since its merger with KOEI, Tecmo has released a Rygar title on the Wii, but has other high-profile franchises such as Ninja Gaiden, Dead or Alive, Fatal Frame and Tecmo Bowl.
