BioShock is Irrational Games' hybrid first-person shooter combining elements of sci-fi and role-playing genres. The freshly launched The Cult of Rapture website reveals some interesting details about BioShock.
A community Q&A indicates that the Xbox 360 is the main development platform, making the PC edition a port, there will be NO multiplayer, although downloadable content will be made available, and there will also be no demo released.

As promised, Activision has released Champs, a new, free, infantry-based multiplayer map for its WWII based FPS Call of Duty 3. The map’s compact design, based on war-torn French farm town Port Royal des Champs, is perfect for small and medium-sized team games in online, split-screen, and System Link play, or crank up the intensity with 24-player mayhem. Only available for Xbox Live Gold members at the moment.

Sponsored by the Discovery Channel's new show Future Weapons, the 2 free multiplayer maps Raven Down and Old Bones weigh in at 98mb. Certain Affinity is a new development studio based in Austin, TX founded by Max Hoberman, former multiplayer team lead for Halo 2 and Halo 3 over at Bungie.
