Atari, Inc. announces that the latest iteration in its Test Drive racing franchise, Test Drive: Eve of Destruction will be released this fall on the Xbox, in addition to the previously announced version of the game which will be available for the PlayStation2 in September.

SCEA announced today a more than two fold increase in sales since it reduced the price of the PlayStation2, validating the company's strategy in the timing and approach to the price drop.
