Eidos has just announced that they released a new 'Blood Omen 2' patch updating their vampire action adventure game to v1.02. This upgrade only improves the game's stability in addition to all the fixes from the previous patch. The patch weighs in about 2.9mb and a warning about save games not being compatible is given. Get it off

official Darkfall site has today been updated with
Darkfall development status. Darkfall is a Massively Multiplayer Online RPG (MMORPG), and is 100% inhouse developed, using Razorwax unique 3D/client, server and tools technology. Here is a snip from the update:
At the start of Pre-Alpha we had some serious crash bugs, but 99% of all those bugs have been found and fixed. The game has now been up and running for about 3 months without any server crashes, and we have had about 20 testers helping us out (thanks a lot guys!).

The new v1.2 update patch for Barking Dog's recent first person shooter, Global Operations, has been released. Its about 5mb worth of fixes and tweaks such as : fixed the client freeze at round end, fixed server crash when allied teams kill NPCs, fixed mouse zoom bug, fixed gas/smoke grenade sprite bug, c4 bomb pick up issue, other stability fixes. Get it off

GSC World released some more info on their upcoming game "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Oblivion Lost".
Go check it out. They give more details about the gameplay, different character and story behind the title ( the game is situated in and based on Chernobyl ). After reading all of the info you will HAVE to come to the same conclusion as we did .. this is a title to look out for ! Of course we will keep you up to date on new developments.

Computer game development is no longer a safe business today. GSC team had to set off for the Chernobyl zone in search of radioactive artefacts and scenario materials for S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Oblivion Lost.
GCS updated their website, unveils the project and published a lion's share of materials about S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: photos and materials from Chernobyl Zone, game concept, know-how, gameplay details, screenshots and sketches.

THQ Inc. and SEGA Corporation today announced the next round of titles in their exclusive, 16 title Game Boy Advance co-publishing agreement. VIRTUA TENNIS™ (working title) is scheduled for release in late 2002, while CRAZY TAXI™ (working title), SUPER MONKEY BALL™ (working title) and PHANTASY STAR™ COLLECTION (working title) are scheduled for early 2003 release. Ubisoft just informed us that they have released a new update patch for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon. This patch is compatible with the original Ghost Recon as well as the new addon Desert Siege. The patch will upgrade your current version to 1.2.10.0! You do NOT need to have update patch 1 installed prior to upgrading to the new version.
