Sony Online Entertainment, a division of the media and electronics conglomerate, said it would release "EverQuest Online Adventure," based on the series of PC online games, for the PS2 next spring. The game will consist of packaged software and a subscription-based online service.

AnJon, Inc., manufacturer and marketer of action figure toys, announced today that it will release its new Dragon's Lair action figures this August in conjunction with the new Dragon's Lair 3D videogame launch. This new release date will better leverage the visibility and excitement generated by the videogame's release. We just tossed up 2 movies from Microsofts title, Asheron's Call 2. The movies show some combat animations for the Lugian warrior. "Asheron's Call 2 is the sequel to the original Asheron's Call massively multiplayer game. JD from Tiscali Games send us a note about that they talked with Randy Pitchford from Gearbox Software about Condition Zero, their upcoming single-player version of the popular Counter-Strike Half-Life multiplayer mod. Topics in 17 questions include improvements and compatibility between Condition Zero and normal Counter-Strike, time needed for completing objectives, visibility of gas mask, hardware requirements, bots, plans for demo and more.
