Arabian Nights just hit its gold status and is on its way to duplication factory to meet its April 17th shelf date. Arabian Nights (originally released by Cryo in Europe about 6 months ago) is an adventure game set in a Middle Eastern world full of magic and mystic, based on the story of Ali Baba.

There is a Freelancer movie (previously appeared on the cover discs of GameStar magazine) available over at German fansite Station-Network.de. The site is rather slow but they offer two versions, a regular size clip (aprox. 28mb/3 minutes) and a bigger high-res one (aprox. 36mb/4mins). THQ Inc. today announced that it has added gaming veterans Outrage Entertainment to its internal studio roster. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the team at Outrage Entertainment is best known for its PC gaming roots at Parallax Software, creators of Descent. The studio is currently developing an original action game for PlayStation 2 and Xbox that THQ will unveil at the Electronic Entertainment Expo this May.

In this sequel to the critically acclaimed first person action game, players resume the role of Alexander Munro, chief of the Hazard Team, Starfleet’s elite security unit. Now assigned to the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC 1701-E, players will explore strange new worlds, battle against both new and familiar civilizations and go on the most dangerous assignments in the galaxy. Yes its true ... i just received my copy of Dungeon Siege today. Ahh do i love the smell of games fresh out of the box or what, it almost turns me on! Hey, i said ALMOST! At any rate .. after a few hours of gameplay i made a 50 some screens for all you people out there. So if it hits your local game store tomorrow then you know what to expect .. do NOT hesitate .. this game is a must have ... The next step up from Diablo II .. bigger and better! Njoy!

Patches here ... Patches there! Eidos just released the first patch for Blood Omen 2. The v1.1 patch is a mere 2.9mb large and fixes all kinda of stuff such as heyboard controls, mouse and gamepad (you'd figure they test this before it hits gold but hey .. thats just me) as well as believe it or not .. game crashes etc..etc...
