Activision just released an updated Return to Castle Wolfenstein demo that is 60 megs. It's essentially the same as the first demo, but has a few bug fixes and engine improvements. No patch avaliable so you have to download the whole thing again to play on the updated servers. Return to Castle Wolfenstein will ship on 11/23 2001. Grab this new version
