Qmotions has signed a North American licensing agreement with Microsoft, allowing it to incorporate Microsoft’s Xbox 360 wireless technology in its game controllers. The company’s first product will be the Qmotions-Big Air action game controller, a full size skateboard that operates with the X360 and is compatible with popular skateboarding games.

The latest issue of PSM reveals EA Vancouver is currently developing a brand new skateboarding title, Skate, tentatively scheduled for release 2007. While details are slim, Skate is pitched as capturing the true spirit and soul of the sport, to be a physics heavy game, using both the PS3's analog sticks, use a skate video type camera to immerse you into the game, the ability to record your moves and watch replays in every possible angle, customizable characters, and last but not least, 14 real skating pros have signed on.
