Rockstar is bringing its open-ended crime series to the next-gen consoles with Grand Theft Auto IV. While details on the game are still slim, we now know that the franchise returns to New York situated around the mysterious protagonist Nikolai. Game Crazy is holding midnight launch events that will give fans first access to the game, as well as exclusive prizes and limited-edition merchandise, including a specially designed GTA IV-themed X360 faceplates.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl is Nintendo's latest incarnation in the popular Super Smash Bros. series of titles, featuring all-new characters ranging from Kirby and Wario to Samus and even Metal Gear Solid's Snake. After a long wait, a few delays, SSBB has hit retail today, although with a snag. Several people are reporting their Wii can't read the dual-layer discs.
Nintendo recognizes the issue, and is asking for people to send in their console for a lens cleaning, making you unable to play any games at all. Joy!
