Nival Interactive today announced it has established its global headquarters in the United States and recruited an executive management team comprised of American video game industry professionals, including Kevin Bachus, co-creator of Microsoft's Xbox, as chief executive officer. Panzer Command: Operation Winter Storm is turn-based (each turn consists of two 40 second phases, the first for orders, the second for reactions and targeting) and has a great PBEM system for head to head play. There is a German and a Soviet campaign and all the campaign battles can be played as set battles as well.

Paradox Interactive announced that it is expanding and has opened a second office in New York City headed by Marketing Executive Susana Meza. Ubisoft also announced the opening of a new office in Dallas, Texas which will house a sales team that will focus on supporting retailers in the area and strengthening regional partnerships, spearheaded by directors of sales Ana Raphael and Linda Reese.

Tesseraction Games has filed suit for breach of contract and racketeering against publisher Dreamcatcher Interactive. The lawsuit cites unpaid royalties, fraudulent sales reporting and intentional contract violations damaging Tesseractions intellectual property. According to the latest issue of Official PlayStation Magazine, Dutch developer Guerilla is not only working on Killzone for the PS3, but also Killzone Liberation exclusively for the PSP. The new game will not be a first person shooter but be played from isometric view, like Metal Gear Solid, with an emphasis on stealth, having you use the the environment. in KL you play as Templar and tasked with rescuing prisoners behind enemy lines, and will also feature new weapons and unseen Helghast soldiers.
