'Red Faction II' - Update Patch Available NOW

Volition has issued a new patch for Red Faction II, upgrading the English edition of their recent sci-fi first-person shooter to v1.01. This patch tweaks the Team Arena "Best Of" feature, reduces CPU usage when minimized, and allows the English version to run on German and French operating systems. 'PN03' (NGC) - Screens

Capcom has updated the PN03, in development by its internal studio, Production Studio 4, Japanese website. P.N. 03, directed by Shinji Mikami, is described as an action game starring a female soldier named Vanessa Z. Schneider. She's a mercenary armed with a high-powered laser--and she's a robot killer. Robots at a colonial settlement have gone wild on a nearby planet, and it's up to Vanessa--whose parents were killed by the same system overrunning the settlement--to stop them. Not much is known about the game's action, but it is described as containing dodging capabilities and transforming mechs. The game is due to hit Japan in spring of 2003.

Since the first and second test was so successful, we were able to get valuable feedback and bug reports to make this mod even better, Thank you so much for the support, feedback and donations. Public Alpha 0.3 features a slew of bug fixes and additions aimed at creating one of the best war game experiences on the PC. 'Postal 2' Goes Gold

Whiptail Interactive & Running With Scissors announced today that "Postal 2" has gone gold. Sequel to the notorious original, this iteration of the envelope-pushing franchise puts players once again in the well-worn shoes of the hair-trigger Postal Dude. POSTAL 2 operates on Epic's Unreal Warfare Engine and benefits from a host of new features including: fully-explorable open-ended 3D environments, innovative first person shooter action and interaction with well over a hundred unique non-playable characters (NPC's) including Gary Coleman (Arnold from 80's TV show 'Different Strokes'). Expect it in stores April 14th.

Combat Mission: Afrika Korps (CMAK) is the latest game in the award winning Combat Mission series. Based on the same engine as Combat Mission: Barbarossa to Berlin (Wargame of the Year 2003 - Computer Gaming World), it introduces a number of important upgrades and changes relevant for the fighting in the North African deserts, the Italian mountains and the island of Crete, such as multi-turreted tanks, dust and smoke kicked up by moving vehicles and much more.
